From SAP coordinator to enterprise transformation architect
I began in 2006 as a SAP Coordinator at Eureka Forbes — building deep technical foundations in SAP MM, SD, and SRM. That hands-on systems experience became the bedrock of my transformation capabilities, because I understand procurement not just as strategy, but as operational reality.
Over 19+ years I progressively owned larger mandates — from SAP functional roles and telecom infrastructure procurement, through regional marketing operations, to governing a ₹12Bn++ enterprise spend portfolio at Xiaomi India.
Today I operate on two fronts: as a senior executive available for CPO/VP roles, and as an independent consultant transforming indirect procurement, P2P workflows, and vendor governance frameworks for organisations globally.
